Recapture processes the authenticated account identity, Microsoft Teams meeting metadata and transcripts, extracted commitments, summaries, and delivery records needed to operate the pilot.
Purpose and providers
Meeting data is used to provide transcript capture, synthesis, commitment follow-through, and notifications. Microsoft Graph, the configured AI providers, and the hosting platform process data only as part of those functions.
Retention and deletion
Records follow the pilot retention policy documented by the operator. Contact support to request access or deletion. Backup copies age out under the documented backup schedule.
Security and contact
Access requires an approved tenant identity. Transport encryption, secret isolation, and authenticated application routes protect stored records. Questions may be sent to support@recapture.ai.
